What Makes a Good Mentor

Mentoring and on-the-job training is helping to address the anticipated future skills shortage as current workers retire. Not all experienced workers are good mentors, however, and need mentoring themselves on how to teach others. This video, part of a mentorship program, highlights characteristics of a good mentor.
